Subscribe to a full (19-21 lbs.) or half (9-11 lbs.) monthly CSA share. Enjoy our Beef, Pork, or Combination CSA Packages in the way that suits you best.
The full and half share subscriptions are billed monthly, subscribing you to all of our share pickups throughout the year. Treat yourself to home delivery by selecting delivery during checkout or pick up your share at the Creamery and treat yourself to ice cream or buy some farmstead cheese.
Your card will be charged on the 15th of each month during your subscription.
Combination
The Combination Share has cuts of beef and pork. With this share you might grill up a Porterhouse one night, then pork chops the next, or have the difficult decision of choosing between cooking up some ground beef or Italian sausage.
Beef
Enjoy a selection Grill, roast, braising, and ground meats. From Delmonicos and rib eyes to sirloins and chuck roasts, the Beef Share will satisfy the needs of any beef connoisseur.
Pork
We butcher our pork into delicious pork chops, ribs, and other cuts that work great on the grill. Braise and roast meats include pork shoulder and ribs, and of course, everyone’s favorite, bacon!
